Searching & Listing Tips
- When listing or searching using publisher names use only the first name. Examples are Scott for Scott Foresman and Prentice for Prentice Hall.
- Always search by ISBN if possible. If you are searching by title and do not find your book you should also look by copyright year, subject, and publisher. Title searches are less reliable as text names vary.
Use one or two key words for title searches.
- When listing books for sale enter the whole copyright date (i.e. 1996). When searching by copyright date you can use the last two digits, i.e. l995 = 95 or 2000 = 00, or all 4 digits.
- When listing books for sale, open the K12Books.com web site twice and use one window to search for book prices and the other to do your listing.
- To combine two or more listings into one purchase call K12Books.com at 888-870-2665 or e-mail us at
Books@K12Books.com.
- When listing books that have no ISBN or Copyright date - simply enter a zero (0) into the corresponding field (they are mandatory fields).
